Eric Ludemann - President

After graduating from a small country high school near Defiance, Ohio, Eric moved to Ft. Wayne in 1995 to begin studying Architectural Engineering at ITT Technical Institute.  While there, he began his career with a local landscape/irrigation contractor providing general labor where needed.  Graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering in 1997, he continued to move up the ladder in the irrigation industry on the installation crew by becoming a crew foreman.  Shortly thereafter, he moved into the service end of the business, taking care of all aspects of local irrigation systems from tiny commercial to large residential systems.  Quite a bit of his time was spent in the Northern Indiana lake regions installing and maintaining properties.  Many older systems were brought back to life with small upgrades.  Later he was put in charge of overseeing large residential installations, villaminium sections, and even a few large commercial properties.  All this was done while continuing with the same company that gave him a chance in 1995.

The fall of 2011 was when Eric decided to begin Rock Creek Irrigation to continue in his goal to provide customers with quality service from the same technicians that they were familiar with.  He treats every customer like family, because he knows that the customer trusts the people that work on the property to take care of it as their own.

Eric resides in Huntington County with his wife, Jessica, who works for Parkview Physicians Group as a medical assistant. They have two daughters, Kelsie and Brinlee.
